그분은 성령님으로 우리에게 오셨습니다
HE CAME TO US IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
가서 너희를 위해 처소를 예비하면 내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 받아들여 내가 있는 곳에, 거기에 너희도 있게 하리라 (요한복음 14:3).
많은 사람들은 여전히 주 예수님께서, “...내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 받아들여...” 라고 말씀하셨을 때 그분이 위의 구절에서 의도하셨던 것을 해결하려고 노력합니다. 어떤 사람들은 그분이 재림이나 휴거를 가리키고 있으셨다고 생각합니다, 그러나 그것은 그분이 그 구절에서 이야기 하고 계셨던 것이 아닙니다.
예수님께서 의도하셨던 것을 이해하려면, 당신은 문맥 안에 계속 있어야 할 것이고, 당신의 감각들이 아닌, 당신의 영으로 그분의 메시지를 이해해야 할 것입니다. 당신이 그 전체 장을 공부할 때 그분이, “내가 아버지께 구할 터인즉 그분께서 다른 위로자를 너희에게 주사 그분께서 영원토록 너희와 함께 거하게 하시리니” 라고 말씀하셨던 16절에 그분이 이르시기까지 그분이 똑같은 흥미로운 담론을 지속하셨던 것을 당신은 목격할 것입니다.
“다른 위로자” 라는 용어는 헬라어 문구, “알로스 파라클레토스” 입니다, 그것은 동일한 종류의 또 다른 것을 뜻합니다. 예수님께서 그 시점에 성령님을 소개하셨습니다. 다음으로 그분이 말씀하셨습니다, “...너희는 그분을 아나니 이는 그분께서 너희와 함께 거하시며 또 너희 속에 계실 것이기 때문이라” (요한복음 14:17). 성령님께서 어떻게 그 때에 그들과 함께 거하셨을까요? 그분은 오순절날에 오시기로 되어 있지 않으셨습니까?
그것은 우리에게 무언가를 이야기 해줍니다. 그분은 단순히 성령님에 관하여 말씀하고 계시지 않으셨습니다, 그분은 또한 그분 자신을 언급하고 계셨습니다! 요점을 정확히 말씀하시고자, 그분이 우리의 주제 구절에서 말씀하셨던 것으로 그분은 돌아가셨습니다, “...내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 받아들여....” 다음으로 18절에서, 그분이 말씀하셨습니다, “내가 너희를 위로 없이 버려두지 아니하고 너희에게로 오리라.” 그분은 어떻게 또 언제 그들에게 오셨을까요?
20절에서, 그분이 말씀하셨습니다, “그 날에는 내가 내 아버지 안에, 너희가 내 안에, 내가 너희 안에 있음을 너희가 알리라.” 그분이 말씀하셨던 것은 어떤 날이었을까요? 분명하게, 그분은 성령님께서 오시는 때 그 날에 관하여 말씀하고 계셨습니다. 그래서, 그분이, “내가 너희에게 오리라” 고 말씀하셨을 때, 그분은 “내가 성령님으로 너희에게 오리라”는 뜻으로 말씀하셨습니다.
그리고 하나님께 감사드립니다! 오순절날에, 그분은 존귀한 약속을 이행하셨습니다, “그들이 다 성령님으로 충만하여 성령께서 그들에게 말하게 하시는 대로 다른 언어들로 말하기 시작하더라” (사도행전 2:4). 그분은 오늘 그분의 모든 충만하심으로 당신 안에 계십니다. 하나님을 찬양합니다!

복되신 하늘 아버지 내 안에 계시는 성령님의 충만하심으로 인해 그리고 당신의 내주하시는 임재의 결과로써 내 삶의 영광과 탁월함으로 인해 감사드립니다. 성령님을 힘입어, 하나님의 뜻을 행하고자 또 나의 삶을 향한 하나님의 목적을 성취하고자 나의 믿음은 강해지고 휘저어집니다, 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

HE CAME TO US IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also (John 14:3).
Many still grapple with what the Lord Jesus meant in the verse above when He said, “...I will come again, and receive you unto myself....” Some think He was referring to the Second Coming or the Rapture, but that’s not what He was talking about in that verse.
To understand what Jesus meant, you’ll have to stay in the context and understand His message with your spirit, not with your senses. When you study the full chapter you’d observe that He continued the same interesting discourse till He got to the 16th verse where He said, “And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.”
The term “another Comforter” is the Greek phrase, “Allos paraklētos,” meaning another of the same kind. Jesus introduced the Holy Spirit at that point. Then He said, “…ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you” (John 14:17). How did the Holy Spirit dwell with them at the time? Wasn’t He supposed to come on the Day of Pentecost?
That tells us something. He wasn’t talking about the Holy Spirit alone; He was also referring to Himself! To drive that point home, He went back to what He said in our theme verse, “...I will come again, and receive you unto myself....” Then in verse 18, He said, “I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” How and when would He come to them?
In the 20th verse, He said, “At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.” What day was He talking about? Evidently, He was talking about the day when the Holy Spirit comes. So, when He said, “I will come to you,” He meant “I’ll come to you in the Holy Spirit.”
And thanks be unto God! On the Day of Pentecost, He fulfilled that precious promise: “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance” (Acts 2:4). He’s in you today in all His fullness. Praise God!
PRAYER
Thank you blessed heavenly Father for the fullness of the Spirit in me and the glory and excellence of my life as a result of your indwelling presence. By the Holy Spirit, my faith is strengthened and stirred to do the will of God and fulfil God’s purpose for my life, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
