그분을 위해 당신 자신을 준비시키십시오
PREPARE YOURSELF FOR HIM
또 해와 달과 별들에는 표적들이 있고 땅에는 민족들의 고난과 혼란이 있으며 바다와 파도가 울부짖으리로다. 땅에 임하는 그 일들을 내다보는 것으로 인해, 두려움으로 인해 사람들의 마음이 그들을 기진하게 하리니 이는 하늘의 권능들이 흔들릴 것이기 때문이라 (누가복음 21:25-26).
우리가 지금 어디에 있는지 그리고 나라들의 심판들이 시작되기 전에 세상이 얼마나 오래 남았는지를 나타내는 아주 많은 표적들이 있습니다. 따라서, 당신이 오늘 어디에 있는지 중요하지 않습니다, 나는 당신이 예수님께서 곧 오신다는 것을 알기를 바랍니다.
그것을 믿고 그분을 기다리고 있는 사람들이 있습니다. 그분이 곧 오실 것이라고 생각하지 않는 다른 사람들이 있고 그래서 그들은 그분을 기대하고 있지 않습니다. 그러나 그분은 오실 것입니다, 그러므로 그분을 위해 당신 자신을 준비시키십시오. 그분은 “...그분의 나타나심을 사랑하는...” (디모데후서 4:8) 자들, 그분을 위해 준비된 자들을 위해 오실 것입니다.
성경은 그분의 돌아오심을 기다리고 있는 자들은 복되다 (누가복음 12:37)고 말씀합니다. 그러므로 그것이 지금 당장에라도 그럴 수 있는 것처럼 당신의 삶을 사십시오. 고린도전서 15:52은, “마지막 나팔 소리가 날 때에 눈 깜짝할 사이에 순식간에 다 변화되리라. 나팔 소리가 나매 죽은 자들이 썩지 아니할 것으로 일어나고 우리가 변화되리니” 라고 말씀합니다.
기억하십시오, 예수님께서 이 세상으로부터 공중으로 올라가셔서 승천하신 이후로 거의 이천 년이 되었습니다. 그분의 오심에 관한 대언자들의 말씀들은 우리의 눈 앞에서 전부 성취되고 있습니다. 그분은 홀로 말씀하셨습니다, “...내가 반드시 속히 오리라...” (요한계시록 22:20).
통계학은 오늘날의 세상이 인류가 지금까지 보아왔던 것을 넘어서 그러한 의도된 잔인함, 폭력, 테러리즘, 악랄함과 비인간적 행위로 특징지어지는 것을 보여줍니다. 오늘날 삶의 압박들은 이전 어느 때보다 더 큽니다. 그러므로, 자신도 모르게 붙잡혀 올라가지 마십시오. 그리스도 안에, 의 안에 머무르십시오, 그리고 계속 그분을 위해 사십시오. 복음으로 당신의 세상을 빛나게 만드십시오. 성경은 빌립보서 2:15-16에서, “이것은 너희가 흠이 없고 무해한 자 곧 구부러지고 비뚤어진 민족 가운데서 책망 받을 것이 없는 하나님의 아들들이 되게 하려 함이라. 그런 민족 가운데서 너희가 세상에서 빛들로 빛나며 생명의 말씀을 제시하나니...” 라고 말씀합니다. 이것을 진지하게 여기십시오.
복음이 세상의 끝들에 이르기까지 복음의 전파에 당신의 시간, 자원들과 힘을 드리십시오! 주님의 곧 오심을 위해 당신 자신을 준비시키십시오 그리고 다른 사람들을 준비시키십시오.

사랑하는 아버지, 당신의 영광을 위해 나를 거룩하게 구별하셨고 나를 의의 행로에서 지키시는, 나의 삶에 있는 성령님의 축복과 사역으로 인해 감사드립니다. 복음을 전하고 선언하는, 많은 사람들을 의로 돌이키는, 당신의 곧 돌아오심을 위해 그들을 준비시키는 특권으로 인해 감사드립니다, 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

누가복음 21:34-36 너희는 스스로 주의하라. 그렇지 않으면 언제라도 너희 마음이 과식과 술 취함과 이 세상 삶의 염려로 무겁게 되어 그 날이 알지 못하게 너희에게 임할까 염려하노니 그 날이 온 지면에 거하는 모든 자들에게 올무같이 임하리라. 그러므로 너희가 앞으로 일어날 이 모든 일을 피하고 사람의 아들 앞에 서기에 합당한 자로 여겨지도록 항상 기도하며 깨어 있으라, 하시니라.
마태복음 24:42-44 그러므로 깨어 있으라. 어느 시각에 너희 주가 올지 너희가 알지 못하느니라. 그러나 이것을 알라. 만일 집 주인이 도둑이 어느 경점에 올 줄 알았더라면 깨어 있어 자기 집이 뚫리지 않게 하였으리라. 그러므로 너희도 준비하고 있으라. 너희가 생각하지 않은 시각에 사람의 아들이 오느니라.
마가복음 16:15-16 그분께서 그들에게 이르시되, 너희는 온 세상에 가서 모든 창조물에게 복음을 선포하라. 믿고 침례를 받는 자는 구원을 받으려니와 믿지 않는 자는 정죄를 받으리라.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR HIM
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken (Luke 21:25-26).
There’re so many signs that indicate where we are now and how much longer the world has before the judgments of the nations begin. Therefore, no matter where you are today, I want you to know Jesus is coming soon.
There’re those who believe it and are waiting for Him. There’re others who don't think He's coming and so they're not expecting Him. But He's coming, so prepare yourself for Him. He’s coming for those “...that love his appearing” (2 Timothy 4:8); those who are prepared for Him.
The Bible says blessed are those who are waiting for His return (Luke 12:37). So live your life as though it could be any minute. 1 Corinthians 15:52 says, “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”
Remember, it's almost two thousand years since Jesus levitated and ascended from this world. The words of the prophets about His coming are all being fulfilled before our eyes. He said by Himself, “…Surely I come quickly…” (Revelation 22:20).
Statistics show that today’s world is marked by such deliberate cruelty, violence, terrorism, viciousness and inhumanity beyond what humanity has ever seen. The pressures of life are greater today than ever before. Therefore, don’t be caught unawares. Stay in Christ, in righteousness, and keep living for Him. Light up your world with the Gospel. The Bible says in Philippians 2:15-16 “… That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life….” Take this seriously.
Give your time, resources and energy to the preaching of the Gospel until it reaches the ends of the earth! Prepare yourself and prepare others for the soon coming of the Lord.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the blessing and ministry of the Holy Spirit in my life, who has sanctified me for your glory and keeps me in the path of righteousness. Thank you for the privilege of preaching and proclaiming the Gospel, turning many to righteousness, preparing them for your soon return, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
