당신의 잠재력을 작동시키십시오
ACTUATE YOUR POTENTIAL
우리는 그분의 작품이요 그리스도 예수님 안에서 선한 행위를 하도록 창조된 자들이니라. 하나님께서 그 선한 행위를 미리 정하신 것은 우리가 그 행위 가운데서 걷게 하려 하심이니라 (에베소서 2:10).
잠재력은 계발되지 않은 잠재적인 능력, 숨겨진 능력입니다. 그것은 당신의 심령, 마음과 혼의 내적 깊은 곳에 감추어진, 사용되지 않았던 능력입니다. 잠재력이란 당신이 아직 되지 않은 당신이 될 수 있었던 것, 당신이 하지 않았던 당신이 할 수 있었던 것, 혹은 아직 작동되지 않은 당신 내부에 있는 모든 것입니다. 잠재력은 당신이 성취한 성공들이 아니라, 당신이 아직 성취하지 않은 성취할 수 있는 성공들을 가리킵니다.
많은 사람들이 그들의 잠재력을 작동시키지 않고 혹은 그들을 향한 하나님의 꿈을 성취하지 않고 살아 왔고 죽었습니다, 많은 사람들이 그분이 그들이 되기를 원하셨던 것이 되지 않고 죽었습니다. 어떤 것도 그것보다 더 비참할 수 없습니다! 만약, 그리스도의 심판석에서, 당신이 될 수 있었던 모든 것, 그리고 당신이 성취할 수 있었지만 결코 작동되지 않았던 가능성들을 보게 된다면, 당신은 어떻게 느끼겠습니까?
그러므로, 말씀을 통해 진짜 당신에 관하여 배우십시오 그리고 말씀이 당신이 될 것을 묘사한 것, 즉 무한한 가능성들과 더 많은 것을 행하고 그 이상이 될 수 있는 능력을 가진 자가 되도록 서 있으십시오.

ACTUATE YOUR POTENTIAL
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10).
Potential is a latent ability, a hidden power that hasn’t been developed. It is that unused ability, hidden away in the inner recesses of your heart, mind, and soul. Potential is what you could be that you aren’t yet, what you could do that you haven’t done, or everything inside you that is yet to be actuated. Potential doesn’t refer to the successes you’ve achieved, but the ones that are possible that you’re yet to achieve.
Many have lived and died without actuating their potential or fulfilling God’s dream for them; many have died without becoming what He wanted them to be. Nothing could be more miserable than that! How would you feel if, at the judgment seat of Christ, you’re shown everything you could have been, and the possibilities you could have fulfilled but that were never actuated?
So, learn about the real you through the Word and stand up to be what the Word has described you to be: one with limitless possibilities and ability to do more and be more.
Remember the words of the Lord Jesus in John 12:24. He said, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.”
Consider a fruit-tree seed: That seed has the potential of not just becoming a tree, but a forest. Every tree has the potential of a forest. God doesn’t only reserve the rights, but also intends to hold men accountable for their potentials. We’re dealing here with your potential in God. The Bible says, “For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body…” (2 Corinthians 5:10).
At the Judgment, some are going to see all that they were meant to be that they never became, all they could have said that they never said, and all they could have done that they never did. So make up your mind you’d be everything God has chosen you to be. Trust the Holy Spirit to help you see and live to your fullest potential and fulfil your destiny and calling in Christ.
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for helping me to live to my fullest potential and fulfil my destiny and calling in Christ. I’m running my race swiftly, pressing towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, under the inspiration of your Spirit and guidance of your Word, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
