말씀을 바라보십시오
LOOK TO THE WORD
우리의 믿음의 창시자요 또 완성자이신 예수님을 바라보자... (히브리서 12:2).
요한복음 3:14에서, 주 예수님께서 상징적인 어떤 것을 말씀하셨습니다. 그분이, “모세가 광야에서 뱀을 든 것 같이 사람의 아들도 반드시 들려야 하리니” 라고 말씀하셨습니다. 이것은, 유대인들로 하여금 타는 고통과 죽음을 초래했던 불뱀들에 그들이 물렸을 때, 광야에 있던 유대인들과 관계가 있었습니다.
그 다음에 하나님께서 모세에게 놋뱀을 만들어, 그것을 장대에 달아, 그것을 본 모든 사람이 살 것이라고 지시하셨습니다. 그분은 그들이 뱀을 보고 기도해야 한다고 말씀하지 않으셨습니다, 어떤 양식들이나, 어떤 의식들도 없었습니다, 그들이 행해야만 했던 전부는 놋뱀을 보면 사는 것이었습니다. 그리고 그들이 보았을 때, 그들은 치유 받았습니다. 할렐루야!
이것은 당신이 결코 그것들에 고통받지 않아야 할, 당신의 슬픔, 고통, 실망, 아픔과 실패의 자리를 대신하신, 십자가에 계신 예수님에 대한 상징이었습니다. 그러나 십자가를 뛰어넘어, 이제 우리는 그분의 생명을 가집니다. 우리는 그분이 살아 계시기 때문에 살아 있습니다.
그분의 부활로 인해, 우리는 생명의 새로움 안으로 옮겨졌습니다, “그러므로 우리가 죽음 안으로 침례를 받아 그분과 함께 묻혔나니 이것은 그리스도께서 아버지의 영광을 힘입어 죽은 자들로부터 일으켜진 것 같이 우리도 생명의 새로움 속에서 걷게 하려 함이라” (로마서 6:4). 우리가 지금 가진 생명은 신성합니다.
그러므로, 오늘날 당신이 바라보아야 하는 것은 십자가가 아닌, 그분의 말씀입니다! 그분의 말씀 안에서, 당신은 그분이 당신을 위해 행하신 것, 그분이 당신으로 만드신 존재, 또 그분 안에 있는 당신의 유업을 보십시오. 우리의 시작하는 구절은 우리의 믿음의 창시자요 완성자이신, 예수님을 바라보는 것을 말씀합니다. 예수님께서는 누구이십니까? 그분은 말씀이십니다!
당신이 마주한 대단히 심각한 상황들이나 환경들에는 차이가 없습니다, 불평하거나 훌쩍이지 마십시오! 말씀을 바라보십시오! 말씀을 바라보십시오 그리고 당신의 영광스럽고 영광스럽게 된 삶을 보십시오! 말씀을 바라보십시오 그리고 당신의 성공, 승리와 형통을 보십시오. 말씀을 바라보십시오 그리고 당신이 굽히지 않음을, 성령님과 권능으로 충만함을 보십시오. 할렐루야!
고백
내가 말씀을 먹고 살 때, 성공, 호의들과, 은혜가 내 삶에 크게 증가됩니다. 나의 삶은 축복들과 기적적인 일들의 끝없는 흐름입니다 왜냐하면 나는 말씀 안에서, 말씀을 따라 살기 때문입니다. 아멘.

마태복음 4:4 그분께서 응답하여 이르시되, 기록된바, 사람이 빵으로만 살 것이 아니요, 하나님의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 살 것이라, 하였느니라, 하시더라.
요한복음 1:1-3, 14 처음에 말씀이 계셨고 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으며 말씀이 하나님이셨더라. 바로 그분께서 처음에 하나님과 함께 계셨고 모든 것이 그분에 의해 만들어졌으니 만들어진 것 중에 그분 없이 만들어진 것은 하나도 없었더라... 말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 (우리가 그분의 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생하신 분의 영광이요) 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라.

LOOK TO THE WORD
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith… (Hebrews 12:2).
In John 3:14, the Lord Jesus said something symbolic. He said, “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up.” This had to do with the Jews in the wilderness, when they were bitten by fiery serpents that caused them burning pain and death.
God then instructed Moses to make a serpent of brass, raise it on a pole, and everyone who looked at it would live. He didn't say they should look at the serpent and pray; there were no ceremonies, no rituals; all they had to do was to look at the brazen serpent and live. And when they looked, they were healed. Hallelujah!
This was symbolic of Jesus at the Cross, taking your place of sorrow, pain, disappointment, sickness and failure, that you should never suffer them. But beyond the Cross, we now have His life. We live because He lives.
By reason of His resurrection, we’ve been brought into a newness of life: “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4). The life we have now is divine.
Therefore, what you have to look at today isn’t the Cross, but His Word! In His Word, you see what He’s done for you, who He’s made you, and your heritage in Him. Our opening verse says looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Who is Jesus? He is the Word!
It makes no difference the dire situations and circumstances that you face; don’t gripe or whimper! Look to the Word! Look to the Word and see your glorious and glorified life! Look to the Word and see your success, victory and prosperity. Look to the Word and see that you’re indomitable, full of the Holy Ghost and power. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION
As I feed on the Word, success, favours and grace are multiplied in my life. My life is an endless stream of blessings and the miraculous because I live in, and by the Word. Amen.
