신격의 신비
THE MYSTERY OF THE GODHEAD
또한 우리가 고백하노라, 하나님의 성품에 관한 숨겨진 진리 (신비로운 비밀)은 위대하고 중요하고 중대하도다. 그분 [하나님]은 사람의 몸 안에서 보이게 되셨고, [성]령님 안에서 의롭게 되셨고 무죄를 입증 받으셨으며, 천사들에 의해 보이셨고, 민족들 가운데 전해지셨고, 세상에서 믿어지게 되셨고, [그리고] 영광 가운데 올려지셨느니라 (디모데전서 3:16 확대 역본 AMPC).
성경 기록들에 대한 적절한 이해의 부족 때문에 예수님의 신성에 관하여 혼란스러워하는 사람들이 있습니다. 성경 기록들은 그것에 관하여 모호하지 않습니다. 우리가 우리의 주제 구절에서 방금 읽은 부분에서조차 하나님으로서 언급되신 분이 예수님이시라는 사실에 관해서 어떤 의심도 남기지 않습니다.
어떤 사람들은, “만약 예수님께서 하나님이시라면, 그분은 어떻게 에베소서 1:19-20에서 서술된 대로 하늘의 처소들에 그분 자신의 오른편에 그분 자신을 두실 수 있습니까?” 라고 물었습니다. 먼저, 당신은 그분이 능히 여러 방식들로 그분 자신을 나타내실 수 있음에 있어 하나님의 특출한 본성을 이해해야 합니다, 그것은 그분의 본성의 신비입니다.
성경은 세 인격, 아버지, 아들과, 성령님인 신격의 신성한 본성에 관하여 이야기 합니다, 한 하나님이시지만, 셋의 분리된 인격들로 나타나십니다. 우리는 하늘에서 결코 세 분의 하나님들, 한 곳에 앉아 계신 아버지, 또 다른 곳에 계신 아들, 세 번째 보좌에 앉으신 성령님께서 계신 세 개의 보좌들을 보지 못할 것입니다, 아닙니다! 그것은 오직 예수님이십니다, 왜냐하면 그분 안에 신격의 모든 충만이 몸으로 거하시기 때문입니다 (골로새서 2:9).
골로새서 1:19은, “아버지께서는 그분 안에 모든 충만이 거하는 것을 기뻐하시고” 라고 말씀합니다. 예수님의 침례 때에, 그분이 물 밖으로 나오셨을 때, 하늘이 열렸고, 성령님께서 예수님께로 내려오셨음을 떠올려 보십시오. 동시에, 한 음성이 하늘로부터 말씀하며, “...이 사람은 내 사랑하는 아들이라. 내가 그를 매우 기뻐하노라” (마태복음 3:17) 고 하셨습니다.
세 인격들의 얼마나 특출한 나타남인지요, 아들께서는 물 속에서 침례 받으셨습니다, 그리고 즉시 그분은 성령님으로 충만하셨고, 아버지께서는 하늘로부터 말씀하십니다! 천사들이 몸으로 계시는 전능하신 하나님을 보았던 처음 때는 예수님께서 베들레헴에서 태어나셨던 때였습니다. 성경은, “말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매...” (요한복음 1:14) 라고 말씀합니다. 하나님께서 육신이 되셨고 우리 가운데 거하셨다 하더라도, 그분의 임재와 그분의 음성이 하늘로부터 말씀하셨던 것입니다. 놀랍습니다!
고백
나는 주 예수님을 경배합니다, 그분 안에 신성한 완전함, 권능들과 신성의 속성들의 모든 충만함이 거하기 때문입니다. 주님, 당신께서는 신성의 완전한 구현이시고, 보이지 않으시는 하나님의 외적 표현 혹은 인상이십니다. 당신께서는 영원하신, 은혜로우신, 다정하신 그리고 친절하신 왕이십니다! 나는 나의 온 마음으로 당신을 사랑합니다! 영원토록 당신의 이름을 송축합니다!

골로새서 2:9 그분 안에는 하나님의 신격의 모든 충만이 몸으로 거하고

And great and important and weighty, we confess, is the hidden truth (the mystic secret) of godliness. He [God] was made visible in human flesh, justified and vindicated in the [Holy] Spirit, was seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, [and] taken up in glory (1 Timothy 3:16 AMPC).
There’re those who due to lack of proper understanding of the Scriptures are confused about the deity of Jesus. The Scriptures are unambiguous about it. Even the portion we just read in our theme verse leaves no one in doubt as to the fact that the one being referred to as God is Jesus.
Some have asked, "If Jesus is God, how can He set Himself at His own right hand in the heavenly places as stated in Ephesians 1:19-20?” First, you have to understand the extraordinary nature of God in which He's able to manifest Himself in different ways; it’s the mystery of His nature.
The Bible tells us about the divine nature of the Godhead in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; one God, but manifests in three separate persons. We're never going to see three Gods in Heaven, or three thrones with the Father sitting on one, the Son on another, and then the Holy Spirit on the third one; no! It’s only Jesus, because in Him dwells the fullness of the Godhead bodily (Colossians 2:9).
Colossians 1:19 says, “For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell.” Recall at the baptism of Jesus, as He came out of the water, the heavens opened, and the Holy Spirit descended on Jesus. Simultaneously, a voice spoke from heaven and said, "...This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased" (Matthew 3:17).
What an extraordinary manifestation of the three persons: The Son is baptized in water, and right away He’s filled with the Holy Spirit, and the Father speaks from heaven! The first time the angels saw God Almighty in a body was when Jesus was born in Bethlehem. The Bible says, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14). God became flesh and dwelt among us, and yet His presence and His voice would speak from heaven. Amazing!
CONFESSION
I worship the Lord Jesus, for in Him dwells all the fullness of the divine perfection, powers and attributes of divinity. Lord, you’re the complete embodiment of Deity, the outward expression or image of the invisible God. You're the King eternal, gracious, loving and kind! I love you with all my heart! Blessed be your Name forever!
