승리하는 삶으로 태어났습니다
BORN INTO THE VICTORIOUS LIFE
누가 우리를 그리스도의 사랑에서 떼어 놓으리요? 환난이나 곤경이나 핍박이나 기근이나 벌거벗음이나 위험이나 칼이랴?...아니라. 이 모든 것 가운데서 우리는 우리를 사랑하신 그분을 통해 정복자들보다 나은 자들이니라 (로마서 8:35-37).
당신은 물가 폭등에서부터 경기 불황까지, 건강 쟁점들, 가정 문제들 등, 시련들과 도전들을 겪을 수 있습니다. 하지만, 좋은 소식은, 당신이 마주하는 도전들이나 당신의 국가에 있는 상황은 중요하지 않다는 것입니다, 말씀은, 이러한 모든 것들 중에서 우리는 그리스도를 통해 정복자들보다 더 나은 자들이라고 말씀합니다. 이것이 당신에게 위안, 평화와 기쁨을 줄 것입니다.
우리가 이 세상에서 도전들을 마주할 것을 아셨기 때문에, 주 예수님께서 요한복음 16:33에서, “...기운을 내라. 내가 세상을 이기었노라” 고 말씀하셨을 때 그분은 승리에 관하여 우리에게 확언하셨습니다. 사람의 몰락과 실패로 인해 고통스러운 상황들은, 모든 인간 사회들에 아주 많습니다, 그러나 말씀은 선포합니다 “...이 모든 것 가운데서 우리는 우리를 사랑하신 그분을 통해 정복자들보다 더 나은 자들이니라” (로마서 8:37).
당신은 이 세상의 타락들과 부패하는 영향력들 훨씬 위로 들어 올려졌습니다. 우리의 시작하는 구절을 다시 떠올려 보십시오, 그것은 환난, 곤경, 핍박, 기근, 벌거벗음, 위험이나, 칼이 하나님의 사랑에서 우리를 떼어낼 수 없음을 분명하게 명시합니다, 왜냐하면 그 모든 것들에도 불구하고, 우리는 정복자들보다 더 나은 자들이기 때문입니다.
자, 만일 이것이 이 세상에서 마주하는 것과 상관없이 당신이 정복할 것을 뜻한다면, 그것은 놀라울 것입니다. 그러나 그것은 그 이상을 뜻합니다. 그것은 당신이 정복하는 것을 지나갔음을 뜻합니다, 왜냐하면 당신은 그리스도 안에서 정복했기 때문입니다! 당신은 지금 그리스도의 승리 가운데 살고 있는 것입니다!
그것은 더 이상 분투할 혹은 이기려고 애쓸 어떤 것도 없다는 뜻입니다, 왜냐하면 당신은 이미 이겼기 때문입니다. 삶의 환경들이나 당신 국가의 경제적 상황이 당신을 피해자로 만들게 허용하지 마십시오. 당신이 거듭났을 때 당신은 승리를 거두는 삶으로 태어났습니다.
사도 바울이 마주했던 큰 핍박들과 역경들에도 불구하고 그가 왜 그것들을 가벼운 고난으로 떨쳐버렸는지를 이제 당신은 이해할 수 있습니다, “우리가 잠시 받는 가벼운 고난이 우리를 위해 훨씬 더 뛰어나고 영원한 영광의 무거운 것을 이루느니라” (고린도후서 4:17). 다음으로 사도행전 20:24에서, 그는, “...어떤 것도 결코 나를 움직이지 못하며...” 라고 말씀했습니다.

사랑하는 아버지, 내가 그리스도 안에서 가진 승리를 거두는 삶으로 인해 감사드립니다! 더 크신 분이 내 안에 사십니다, 그러므로, 나는 환경들을 능가하는 승리 가운데, 완전한 성취, 기쁨, 영광과 지배 가운데 삽니다! 나는 내가 느끼거나, 보거나, 듣는 것과 관계 없이, 당신의 말씀을 통해 군림하고 다스립니다, 예수님 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

BORN INTO THE VICTORIOUS LIFE
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?...Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us (Romans 8:35-37).
You could have trials and challenges, from inflation to economic recession, health issues, family problems, etc. The good news, however, is that it doesn't matter the challenges you face or the situation in your country, the Word says, in all these things we’re more than conquerors through Christ. This should give you comfort, peace and joy.
Knowing we would encounter challenges in this world, the Lord Jesus assured us of victory when He said in John 16:33, "… be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” Distressing situations abound in all human societies because of man’s fall and failure, but the Word declares “...in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us” (Romans 8:37).
You’ve been lifted over and above the depravities and corrupting influences of this world. Recall our opening verse again; it states clearly that neither tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, nor sword can separate us from the love of God, because in spite of them all, we are more than conquerors.
Now, if this meant that you’d conquer no matter what you face in this world, that would have been wonderful. But it means much more than that. It means you’ve gone past conquering, because you conquered in Christ! You’re now living in the victory of Christ!
That means there’s nothing to struggle with or try to overcome anymore, because you’ve already won. Don't allow the circumstances of life or the economic situation in your country make you a victim. You were born into the victorious life when you were born again.
Now you can understand why the Apostle Paul, in spite of the great persecutions and adversities he faced dismissed them as light affliction: “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory” (2 Corinthians 4:17). Then in Acts 20:24, he said, “...none of these things move me….”
PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the victorious life that I have in Christ! The greater One lives in me; therefore, I live in triumph over circumstances, in total fulfilment, joy, glory and dominion! I reign and rule by your Word, irrespective of what I feel, see, or hear, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
