예수 그리스도의 의
THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF JESUS CHRIST
한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 사망이 한 사람을 통하여 군림하였을진대 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들은 한 사람 예수 그리스도를 통하여 더욱더 생명 안에서 군림하리라 (로마서 5:17).
나는 바울이 빌립보서 3:8-9에서 말씀하며, 예수 그리스도 안에서 믿음으로 말미암은 의의 주권과 장엄함을 언급했던 것을 대단히 좋아합니다. 그가 말씀했습니다, “...내가 그리스도를 얻고 율법에서 난 내 자신의 의가 아니라 그리스도의 믿음을 통한 의 곧 믿음으로 말미암아 하나님에게서 난 의를 소유한 채 그분 안에서 발견되려 함이라.”
당신이 당신의 생명에 대한 예수님의 주되심을 고백했을 때, 그분의 의가 당신에게 전이되었습니다. 그리스도의 의는 완벽한 의입니다, 그것은 당신이 완벽함을 향상시킬 수 없기 때문에 그것은 향상될 수 없습니다. 오늘 당신이 행하는 어떤 것도 하나님 앞에서 당신을 더 의롭게 혹은 덜 의롭게 만들지 않을 것입니다. 하나님께서 당신을 보실 때, 그분은 그리스도의 의를 보십니다.
예수님께서는 하나님 앞에서 의로우셨습니다, 그리고 그분은, 유일하게 죄가 없으신 분으로, 우리의 대리자가 되실 자격이 있으신 유일한 분이셨습니다, 그리고 그분은 당신에게 그분의 의의 자격을 주셨습니다. 하나님께서는 당신을 대신하여 예수님의 자격을 받아들이셨습니다. 그래서, 당신은 더 이상 당신 자신의 의를 따라 살고 있지 않습니다, 당신은 예수 그리스도의 의를 따라 살고 있습니다.

슬프게도, 여전히 의로워지고자 분투하고 있는 그리스도인들이 있습니다. 그러나 우리는 혼자 의를 획득할 수 없었습니다, 그것이 바로 그분이 그분 자신의 의를 우리에게 주셨던 이유입니다. 당신은 예수님께서 의로우신 것만큼 의롭습니다, 왜냐하면 당신이 당신의 생명에 대한 그분의 주되심을 고백했을 때 그분이 당신의 죄의 본성을 그분의 의로 대체하셨기 때문입니다. 얼마나 놀라운 실재인지요! 하나님을 찬양합니다.
고백
나는 한 분, 예수 그리스도를 통해 생명 안에서 군림하라고 은혜를 그리고 의의 선물을 풍성하게 받았습니다! 올바른, 올바르게 행하는, 그리고 의의 열매들과 일들을 생산하는 능력이 내 영에 내재되어 있습니다. 나는 예수 그리스도의 의를 따라 살고 있습니다. 나는 지금 그리고 항상 하나님 앞에 설 수 있고, 의 안에서 또 참된 거룩함 안에서 자신 있게 그분을 섬깁니다. 할렐루야!

THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF JESUS CHRIST
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).
I love what Paul said in Philippians 3:8-9, referring to the supremacy and sublimity of the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. He said, “…that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.”
When you confessed the Lordship of Jesus over your life, His righteousness was imparted to you. The righteousness of Christ is perfect righteousness; it can’t be improved upon as you can’t improve on perfect. Nothing you do today will make you more righteous or less righteous before God. When God looks at you, He sees the righteousness of Christ.
Jesus was righteous before God, and He was the only one who qualified to be our substitute, being the only sinless one, and He gave you His qualification of righteousness. God accepted the qualification of Jesus in your behalf. Thus, you’re no longer living by your own righteousness; you're living by the righteousness of Jesus Christ.
Romans 5:1 says, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” To be “justified” means you’re acquitted by your faith in Christ Jesus; you’re declared righteous as though you never sinned. Now you have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Sadly, there’re Christians who are still struggling to be righteous. But we couldn’t attain righteousness by ourselves; that’s why He gave us His own righteousness. You’re as righteous as Jesus is righteous, because He substituted His righteousness for your sin-nature when you confessed His Lordship over your life. What an amazing reality! Praise God.
CONFESSION
I’ve received abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness to reign in life by one, Jesus Christ! The ability to be right, to do right, and to produce fruits and works of righteousness is inherent in my spirit. I’m living by the righteousness of Jesus Christ. I can stand before God now and always, confidently serving Him in righteousness and true holiness. Hallelujah!
