모든 것들이 당신의 발 아래에 있습니다
ALL THINGS ARE UNDER YOUR FEET
그분을 믿는 너희를 위해 믿어지지 않을 정도의 하나님의 권능의 위대함을 너희가 이해하기 시작할 것을 내가 기도하노라. 이것은 그리스도를 죽은 자들로부터 일으키셨고 하늘의 처소들에서 하나님의 오른편에 명예의 자리에 그분을 앉히신 그 동일한 강력한 권능이니라. 이제 그분은 이 세상에서 혹은 앞으로 올 세상에서 어떤 통치자나 권위나 권능이나 지도자나 그 밖에 다른 모든 것보다 훨씬 위에 계시느니라. 그리고 하나님께서는 그리스도의 권위 아래에 모든 것들을 두셨느니라, 그리고 그분은 이 권위를 교회의 유익을 위해 그분에게 주셨느니라 (에베소서 1:19-22).
주 예수님께서는 “모든 정사와, 권능과, 강력과, 통치와, 이 세상 뿐만 아니라, 또한 앞으로 올 세상에서, 불리는 모든 이름보다” 훨씬 위에 자리하십니다. 이것은 비범합니다. 다음으로 결론짓는 부분에서, 그것은 하나님께서 모든 것들을 교회의 유익을 위해 예수님의 발 아래에 두셨다고 말씀합니다.
하나님께서 예수님의 발 아래에 두지 않으신 것은 아무 것도 없습니다. 성경은 어떤 것도 그분의 통치로부터 제외되지 않는다고 말씀합니다. 하늘에 있는 그리고 땅에 있는 모든 것들에 대한 권위를 가지시는 오직 한 분이 계십니다, 그분이 모든 것들을 통치하십니다. 그분의 이름은 예수입니다.
메시지 역본은 그분이 “...은하계로부터 이 땅의 통치에 이르기까지 우주의 모든 것을 다스리십니다. 그분의 통치를 받지 않는 이름이나 권세가 하나도 없습니다. 잠시만이 아니라 영원토록 그러하십니다. 그분은 이 모든 일을 담당하고 계시며, 모든 일의 최종 결정권을 가지고 계십니다” (에베소서 1:21) 라고 말씀합니다. 그것이 “모든 것”이라고 말씀할 때, 그것은 모든 민족들, 모든 아픔들, 모든 악한 영들, 그리고 —이 세상에서 뿐만 아니라 또한 앞으로 올 세상에서— 이름 지어질 수 있는 모든 이름을 포함합니다.

ALL THINGS ARE UNDER YOUR FEET
I pray that you will begin to understand the incredible greatness of his power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else in this world or in the world to come. And God has put all things under the authority of Christ, and he gave him this authority for the benefit of the church (Ephesians 1:19-22 NLT).
The Lord Jesus is set far above “all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come.” This is extraordinary. Then in the concluding part, it says God put ALL things under the feet of Jesus for the benefit of the Church.
There’s nothing God didn’t put under the feet of Jesus. No wonder the Bible says nothing is exempt from His rule. There’s only One who has authority over all things in heaven and in the earth; He rules over all. His name is Jesus.
The Message translation says He’s “…in charge of running the universe, everything from galaxies to governments, no name and no power exempt from his rule. And not just for the time being, but forever. He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything” (Ephesians 1:21). When it says “all things,” that includes all nations, all sicknesses, all demons, and every name that can be named—not only in this world but also in that which is to come.
Now, Christ’s dominion over all things is for the benefit of the Church. The Lord Jesus is the head of the Body, the Church. That means all things are therefore under the feet of the Church. Can you see why you must live as a victor every day of your life?
All things are under your feet, including Satan and his cohorts of darkness. Death, hell, the world, circumstances, living and non-living things are under your dominion. Christ’s authority, reign and dominion are for your benefit. You reign through Him and can do all things in His Name.

All things are under my feet, including Satan and his cohorts of darkness. Death, hell, the world, circumstances, living and non-living things are subdued before me because I function in the dominion of Christ. Hallelujah!
