그분의 의의 주권
THE SUPREMACY OF HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS
한 사람의 범죄로 말미암아 사망이 한 사람을 통하여 군림하였을진대 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들은 한 사람 예수 그리스도를 통하여 더욱더 생명 안에서 군림하리라 (로마서 5:17).
나는 바울이, 예수 그리스도 안에서 믿음으로 말미암은 의의 주권을 언급하며, 빌립보서 3:8-9에서 말씀했던 것을 사랑합니다. 그가 말씀했습니다, “...내가 그리스도를 얻고 율법에서 난 내 자신의 의가 아니라 그리스도의 믿음을 통한 의 곧 믿음으로 말미암아 하나님에게서 난 의를 소유한 채 그분 안에서 발견되려 함이라.”
당신이 당신의 생명에 대한 예수님의 주되심을 고백했을 때, 즉시, 그분의 의가 당신에게 전이되었습니다. 그리스도의 의는 흠이 없습니다, 그것이 당신이 가진 의입니다. 그것은 완전합니다 그래서 더 나아질 수 없습니다. 오늘 당신이 행하는 어떤 것도 하나님 앞에서 당신을 더 의롭거나 덜 의롭게 만들지 못 합니다.
하나님께서 당신을 보실 때, 그분은 그리스도의 의를 보십니다. 그것이 바로 바울이 갈라디아서 2:20에서 말씀했던 이유입니다, “내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혀 있으나 그럼에도 불구하고 사노라. 그러나 내가 아니요 그리스도께서 내 안에 사시느니라. 나는 지금 내가 육체 안에서 사는 삶을, 나를 사랑하사 나를 위해 자신을 주신 하나님의 아들의 믿음으로 사노라.” 당신은 지금 하나님의 아들의 믿음으로 살고 있는 것처럼, 당신은 더 이상 당신 자신의 의로 살고 있지 않습니다, 당신은 예수 그리스도의 의로 살고 있습니다.
주 예수님께서는 하나님 앞에서 의로우셨습니다, 그리고 그분은 우리의 대리자가 되실 자격이 있으신 유일한 분이셨으며, 그분은 처녀에게서 나셨기 때문에 죄 없이 태어나셨던 유일한 분이셨습니다.
로마서 4:25은 그분이 “...우리의 범죄로 인하여 넘겨지셨으며 우리의 칭의를 위하여 다시 일으켜지셨느니라” 고 우리에게 말씀합니다. 다음은, “그러므로 우리가 믿음으로 의롭게 되어 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 통해 하나님과의 화평을 누리는도다” 라고 말씀하는 로마서 5:1이 뒤따릅니다. “칭의”는 당신이 결코 죄를 짓지 않은 것처럼 의롭다고 선포되는 것을 뜻합니다, 왜냐하면 어떤 기소도 당신에게서 찾지 못 하기 때문입니다. 할렐루야!
오늘, 만약 당신이 의로워지고자 분투해 왔다면, 당신은 어느 곳으로도 여행 중이지 않은 것입니다. 우리는 혼자서 의에 이를 수 없었습니다, 그것이 바로 하나님께서 그분 자신의 의를 우리에게 주셨던 이유입니다. 당신은 예수님께서 의로우신만큼 의롭습니다 왜냐하면 그분이 당신의 죄의 본성을 그분의 의로 대체하셨고 새로운 탄생 안에서 당신에게 영원한 생명을 주셨기 때문입니다. 할렐루야!
고백
의로운, 올바르게 행하는, 그리고 의의 열매들과 일들을 생산하는 능력이 내 영에 내재되어 있습니다. 나는 예수 그리스도의 의로 살고 있습니다. 그러므로, 나는 예수님께서 의로우신만큼 의롭습니다. 할렐루야!

빌립보서 3:7-9 그러나 무엇이든지 내게 이득이던 것들을 곧 그것들을 내가 그리스도를 위하여 손실로 여겼으며 참으로 확실히 모든 것을 손실로 여김은 그리스도 예수 내 주를 아는 지식이 뛰어나기 때문이라. 내가 그분을 위하여 모든 것의 손실을 입고 그것들을 단지 배설물로 여김은 내가 그리스도를 얻고 율법에서 난 내 자신의 의가 아니라 그리스도의 믿음을 통한 의 곧 믿음으로 말미암아 하나님에게서 난 의를 소유한 채 그분 안에서 발견되려 함이라.
고린도후서 5:21 하나님께서 죄를 알지 못한 그분을 우리를 위하여 죄가 되게 하신 것은 우리가 그분 안에서 하나님의 의가 되게 하려 하심이라.
에베소서 2:8-9 너희가 믿음을 통해 은혜로 구원을 받았나니 그것은 너희 자신에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이니라. 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 이것은 아무도 자랑하지 못하게 하려 함이라.

THE SUPREMACY OF HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).
I love what Paul said in Philippians 3:8-9, referring to the supremacy of the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ. He said, “…that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.”
When you confessed the Lordship of Jesus over your life, instantly, His righteousness was imparted to you. The righteousness of Christ is flawless; that’s the righteousness you have. It’s perfect and therefore can’t be improved upon. Nothing you do today will make you more righteous or less righteous before God.
When God looks at you, He sees the righteousness of Christ. That’s why Paul said in Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Just as you’re now living by the faith of the Son of God, you’re no longer living by your own righteousness; you're living by the righteousness of Jesus Christ.
The Lord Jesus was righteous before God, and He was the only one who qualified to be our substitute, being the only one who was born sinless, because He was born of a virgin.
Romans 4:25 tells us that He “…was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.” This is followed by Romans 5:1 which says, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” To be “justified” means to be declared righteous as though you never sinned, because no charges were found against you. Hallelujah!
Today, if you’ve been struggling to be righteous, you’re on a journey to nowhere. We couldn’t attain righteousness by ourselves; that’s why God gave us His own righteousness. You’re as righteous as Jesus is righteous because He substituted His righteousness for your sin-nature and gave you eternal life in the new birth. Hallelujah!
CONFESSION
The ability to be right, to do right, and to produce fruits and works of righteousness is inherent in my spirit. I’m living by the righteousness of Jesus Christ. Therefore, I’m as righteous as Jesus is righteous. Hallelujah!
