“칙령”을 확언하십시오
AFFIRM THE “DECREE”
그들의 왕들은 사슬로, 그들의 고귀한 자들은 쇠 족쇄로 묶고 기록된 심판을 그들에게 집행하게 하려 함이로다. 이런 존귀가 그분의 모든 성도에게 있도다. 너희는 주를 찬양하라 (시편 149:8-9).
우리는 어두움의 왕국에 있는 주된 영적 존재들에 맞서 조치를 취할 권한을 부여받았습니다. 예수님께서, “믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적들이 따르리니 곧 내 이름으로 마귀들을 내쫓으며...” (마가복음 16:17) 라고 말씀하셨습니다, 그리고 그분은 또한 마태복음 18:18에서 확고히 하셨습니다, “...무엇이든지 너희가 땅에서 묶으면 그것이 하늘에서 묶일 것이요, 무엇이든지 너희가 땅에서 풀면 그것이 하늘에서 풀리리라.”
다음으로 그분이 우리의 주제 구절에서 “그들의 왕들은 사슬로, 그들의 고귀한 자들은 쇠 족쇄로 묶고 기록된 심판을 그들에게 집행하게 하려 함이로다. 이런 존귀가 그분의 모든 성도에게 있도다. 너희는 주를 찬양하라” 고 우리에게 말씀하십니다. 물리적인 세상에서는, 법정이 범죄자의 유죄를 입증할 논거를 결정했을 때, 판사가 하는 전부는 그의 기록된 판결문을 읽어 내고 그의 길을 가는 것입니다. 그러나 그 후에 경찰이 그 판결문의 복사본을 가져가서 그것을 실행하고자 활동을 개시합니다, 그들은 그 사람을 체포하고 그를 철창 속에 가둡니다.
자, 영적 영역에서, 우리, 하나님의 성도들은, 정사들과 권능들, 즉 “왕들과 악의 고귀한 자들”을 대적하여 기록된 심판을 실행하라는 부르심을 받고 권한을 부여받은 자들입니다. 성경은, “...이런 존귀가 그분의 모든 성도에게 있도다...” (시편 149:9) 라고 말씀합니다. 그것은 “그분의 성도들 중 일부,” 혹은 “오직 사도들과 전도자들” 이 아닌 “그분의 모든 성도들” 이라고 말씀합니다. 할렐루야!

칙령들 중 하나는 말씀합니다, “하늘에 있는 것들과 땅에 있는 것들과 땅 아래 있는 것들의 모든 무릎이 예수라는 이름에 굴복하게 하시고 또 모든 혀가 예수 그리스도는 주시라고 시인하여 하나님 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하셨느니라” (빌립보서 2:10-11). 이것은 전능하신 하나님의 칙령입니다! 이제, 당신은 세상에서 이 칙령을 집행하는 자입니다.
당신은 당신의 세상, 당신의 가정, 당신의 가족, 당신의 학교, 당신의 공동체, 당신의 거리들, 그리고 당신의 국가에서 예수님의 이름으로 다스리는 자입니다. 마귀에게 틈을 주지 마십시오! 예수님의 이름으로 당신의 세상을 다스리십시오. 하나님께 영광 돌립니다!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 예수님의 이름에 부여된 권능으로 인해 그리고 그 이름을 사용할 대리권의 권능을 나에게 주심으로 인해 감사드립니다. 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로, 지금 나는 나의 도시와 나라에 혼돈과 폭력을 일으키는 악과 어두움의 악한 영들에게 말한다, 나는 사람들에 대한 너희의 권능을 중단시킨다, 나는 너희의 활동들과 책략들을 그만둘 것을 너희에게 명한다! 아멘.

AFFIRM THE “DECREE”
To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD (Psalm 149:8-9).
We’ve been authorized to take action against the chief spiritual personalities in the kingdom of darkness. Jesus said, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils…” (Mark 16:17), and He also asserted in Matthew 18:18, “…Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”
Then He tells us in our theme verse to “…bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD.” In the physical world, when the court has decided the case against a criminal, all that the judge does is read out his written judgment and go his way. But then the police take a copy of that judgment and go into action to execute it; they arrest the fellow and put him behind bars.
Now, in the realm of the spirit, we, the saints of God, are the ones called and authorized to execute the judgment that’s been written against principalities and powers, the “kings and nobles of evil.” The Bible says, “…this honour have all his saints...” (Psalm 149:9). It doesn’t say, “some of His saints” or “the apostles and evangelists only” but “ALL His saints.” Hallelujah!
How do you execute the judgment that’s been written against these rebel holders-of-authority? The Psalmist tells us how; he says, “I will declare the decree…” (Psalm 2:7). You’ve got to declare the decree! But you need to know what decrees have been issued against these evil spiritual forces that are trying to run rampage in our world today.
One of the decrees says, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father” (Philippians 2:10-11). This is a decree of Almighty God! Now, you’re the one to enforce this decree in the earth.
You’re the one to rule with the Name of Jesus in your world: in your home, your family, your school, your community, your streets, and your country. Give no place to the devil! Rule your world with the Name of Jesus. Glory to God!
PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the power vested in the Name of Jesus and for giving me the power of attorney to use that Name. Now I speak to the demons of evil and darkness that cause chaos and violence in my city and nation, I break your power over the people; I command you to cease from your operations and manoeuvres over them in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Amen.
