그분의 몸은 당신을 위해 찢겼습니다
HIS BODY WAS BROKEN FOR YOU
나는 포도나무요 너희는 가지니라. 사람이 내 안에 거하고 내가 그 안에 거하면 바로 그 사람은 많은 열매를 맺나니 나 없이는 너희가 아무것도 할 수 없느니라 (요한복음 15:5).
예수님께서 위에 있는 진술을 하셨던 밤은 그분이 배신당하셨던 그 동일한 밤이었습니다. 모든 복음서들은 그 밤에 일어났던 사건들을 기록했습니다. 공관복음서들—마태, 마가, 그리고 누가—은 예수님께서 그분의 제자들과 함께 하셨던 성찬에 초점을 맞추었던 반면 요한은 예수님께서 13장 전체에서 16장까지 주셨던 어떤 중요한 가르침들에 초점을 맞추었습니다. 그것은 정말로 긴 밤이었습니다.

당신의 자녀는 아플 필요가 없습니다. 당신이 당뇨에 걸릴, 심장 질환, 암, 천식이나 독감조차 걸릴 이유가 없습니다, 그분의 몸이 당신을 위해 찢겼습니다. 당신이 당신의 몸에 증상들을 느낀다면 무엇을 할까요? 그것이 바로 그분이 우리에게, “...나를 기억하여 이것을 행하라” (고린도전서 11:24)고 말씀하셨던 이유입니다. 그래서, 당신이 성찬에 참여할 때, 당신은, “나는 그분의 몸이 나를 위해 찢겼음을 잊지 않았습니다. 나는 아프기를 거절합니다! 나는 나의 몸을 위한 신성한 건강을 선언합니다” 라고 말하십시오. 할렐루야!

복되신 하늘 아버지, 나의 죄를 위한 속죄가 되시도록 예수님을 보내심에 있어 당신의 헤아릴 수 없는 사랑에 감사드립니다. 나를 위해 찢긴 그분의 몸으로 인해 나는 아픔, 질병과 모든 형태의 고통에서 자유롭습니다. 나는 건강, 강함과 승리 안에서 걸으며, 당신의 말씀 안에 뿌리를 내리고 당신의 영을 통해 안내 받습니다. 나는 아주 많은 열매를 맺고, 당신의 이름에 영광 돌립니다. 아멘.

요한복음 6:51-56 나는 하늘로부터 내려온 살아 있는 빵이니 사람이 이 빵을 먹으면 영원히 살리라. 내가 주고자 하는 빵은 곧 세상의 생명을 위해 내가 주고자 하는 내 살이로다, 하시니라. 이러므로 유대인들이 자기들끼리 다투며 이르되, 이 사람이 어찌 능히 자기 살을 우리에게 주어 먹게 하겠느냐? 하매 이에 예수님께서 그들에게 이르시되, 진실로 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 너희가 사람의 아들의 살을 먹지 아니하고 그의 피를 마시지 아니하면 너희 속에 생명이 없느니라. 누구든지 내 살을 먹고 내 피를 마시는 자에게는 영원한 생명이 있나니 마지막 날에 내가 그를 일으키리라. 내 살은 참으로 양식이요 내 피는 참으로 음료이니 내 살을 먹고 내 피를 마시는 자는 내 안에 거하고 나도 그 안에 거하느니라.

HIS BODY WAS BROKEN FOR YOU
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing (John 15:5).
The night Jesus made the statement above was the same night He was betrayed. All the gospels recorded events that transpired that night. The Synoptic gospels—Matthew, Mark, and Luke—focused on the Communion Jesus had with His disciples while John focused on certain important teachings Jesus gave from the 13th chapter all the way to the 16th chapter. It was indeed a long night.
Something significant happened during the Communion, which occurred earlier in the night. Paul, by revelation, gives us insight into this: “…the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me” (1 Corinthians 11:23-24). Jesus said to His disciples, “Eat my body which is broken for you.” This was the bread of life that if any man would eat, he would live forever (John 6:51).
Shortly afterwards, He said to them, “I am the vine, ye are the branches...” (John 15:5). This was no ordinary teaching; He wasn’t talking religiously. This glorious relationship came about as they broke bread and drank the cup, being His body and blood.
On that night, He brought them into a new kind of relationship that wasn’t there before. Now, in this oneness with them, He headed to the cross in their place. Do you see why there’s no need for you to ever be broken anymore?
There’s no need for your child to be born sick. No reason for you to be diabetic, to have heart trouble, cancer, asthma, or even the flu; His body was broken for you. What if you feel symptoms in your body? That’s why He said to us, “…this do in remembrance of me” (1 Corinthians 11:24). So, as you take the Communion, you say, “I haven’t forgotten that His body was broken for me. I refuse to be sick! I proclaim divine health for my body.” Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Thank you, blessed heavenly Father, for your unfathomable love in sending Jesus to be the propitiation for my sin. I’m free from sickness, disease and every form of affliction because of His body that was broken for me. I walk in health, strength and victory, being rooted in your Word and guided by your Spirit. I bear much fruit, bringing glory to your Name. Amen.
