신성한 진리의 대사들
AMBASSADORS OF DIVINE VERITIES
또 나를 위하여는 내게 말하는 것을 허락하사 내가 담대히 입을 열어 복음의 신비를 알리도록 구하라. 이 일을 위하여 내가 결박당한 대사가 된 것은 결박 중에서도 마땅히 할 말을 내가 담대히 하게 하려 함이요 (에베소서 6:19-20).
우리의 시작하는 구절에서, 바울은 복음의 대사로서 그 자신을 언급했습니다. 당신은 동일한 것이 우리 각자 모두에 대한 진리라는 것을 알고 있었습니까? 우리는 신성한 진리의 대사들입니다, 우리는 의의 전도자들입니다. 복음을 전파하는 것이 하나님 곧 우리 구원자의 명령에 따라 당신에게 맡겨졌습니다 (디도서 1:2-3).
우리는 복음을 전해야만 합니다, 우리는 듣지 못한 자들에게 전해야만 합니다, 그렇지 않으면 그들에게는 그것을 믿고 구원받을 기회가 결코 없을 것입니다. 로마서 10:13-14은 말씀합니다, “누구든지 주의 이름을 부르는 자는 구원을 받으리라. 그런즉 그들이 자기들이 믿지 아니한 분을 어찌 부르리요? ...선포자가 없이 어찌 들으리요?”
이것이 바로 당신이 날마다 모든 곳에서 열정적으로 복음을 전해야만 하는 이유입니다. 사도 바울은 그것을 개인적으로 취했습니다. 그가 말씀했습니다, “이 교리는 내게 맡기신 복음 곧 찬송 받으실 하나님의 영광스러운 복음에 따른 것이니라” (디모데전서 1:11). 그가 그것에 관련된 한 그가 홀로 그것을 행해야 할지라도 온 세상에 복음을 전하는 것이 그에게 마땅했습니다.
이제 당신은 그가, “...필연적으로 내가 해야 하기 때문이라. 만일 내가 복음을 선포하지 아니하면 참으로 내게 화가 있으리로다!” (고린도전서 9:16) 라고 말씀했던 이유를 이해할 수 있습니다. 복음이 없이는 어떤 구원도 없습니다. 디도서 1:2-3은 우리에게 아름다운 것을 전합니다, 그것은 말씀합니다, “영원한 생명의 소망 안에서 사도가 되었는데 이 생명은 거짓말하실 수 없는 하나님께서 세상이 시작되기 전에 약속하셨으나 자신의 말씀은 하나님 곧 우리의 구원자의 명령에 따라 내게 맡겨진 복음 선포를 통하여 정하신 때에 드러내셨느니라.”
하나님께서는 세상이 시작되기 전에 영원한 생명을 약속하셨습니다, 그리고 이제, 그분은 그분의 약속을 이행하셨고 복음 전파를 통하여 영원한 생명을 이용 가능하게 하셨습니다. 우리는 신성한 명령의 관리인이요 전달자가 되도록 축복 받았습니다. 이것을 당신의 우선순위로 삼으십시오, 그것이 진정으로 중요한 전부이기 때문입니다. 복음이 당신의 세상과 그 너머 지역들에서 그것을 받기로 예정되어 있는 만큼 많은 사람들에게 반드시 이르게 하십시오.

나는 영 안에서 생기가 넘치고 빛나며, 복음 안에서 그리스도의 대사로서 주님을 섬깁니다. 나를 통해, 구원이 예정되어 있는 많은 사람들에게 복음이 이르고 있습니다, 그들은 어두움에서 하나님의 아들들의 영광스러운 자유 안으로 옮겨집니다. 할렐루야!

AMBASSADORS OF DIVINE VERITIES
And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak (Ephesians 6:19-20).
In our opening verse, Paul referred to himself as an ambassador of the Gospel. Did you know that the same is true of every one of us? We’re ambassadors of divine verities; we’re preachers of righteousness. The preaching of the Gospel has been committed to you according to the commandment of God our Saviour (Titus 1:2-3).
We’ve got to preach the Gospel; we’ve got to tell the untold, or they’ll never have the chance to believe it and be saved. Romans 10:13-14 says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they…hear without a preacher?”
This is why you must passionately preach the Gospel every day and everywhere. The Apostle Paul took it personally. He said, “According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust” (1 Timothy 1:11). As far as he was concerned it behoved him to preach the Gospel to the whole world even if he had to do it alone.
Now you can understand why he said, “…necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!” (1 Corinthians 9:16). There’s no salvation without the Gospel. Titus 1:2-3 tells us something beautiful; it says, “In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour.”
God promised eternal life before the world began, and now, He has fulfilled His promise and made eternal life available through the preaching of the Gospel. We’re blessed to be the custodians and bearers of the divine order. Make this your priority, as it’s all that truly matters. Ensure the Gospel gets to as many as have been ordained to receive it in your world and in the regions beyond.
CONFESSION
I’m vibrant and aglow in the spirit, serving the Lord as an ambassador of Christ in the Gospel. Through me, the Gospel is reaching many who have been ordained for salvation; they’re transferred from darkness into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. Hallelujah!
