당신 안에 계신 그리스도의 본질
THE ESSENCE OF CHRIST IN YOU
그러므로 너희가 그리스도와 함께 일으켜졌거든 위에 있는 그것들을 추구하라. 거기에는 그리스도께서 하나님 오른편에 앉아 계시느니라. 위에 있는 것들에 너희의 애착을 두고 땅에 있는 것들에 두지 말라. 너희는 죽었고 너희 생명은 그리스도와 함께 하나님 안에 감추어져 있느니라 (골로새서 3:1-3).
우리의 시작하는 성경 기록은 우리가 지금 그리스도 안에서 가진 생명에 대한 그림을 그리도록 도와줍니다. 그것은 부활의 생명입니다. 기억하십시오, 그분이 십자가 위에서 죽으셨을 때, 우리는 그분과 함께 죽었습니다. 우리는 그분과 함께 장사되었습니다, 그리고 하나님께서 그분을 일으키셨을 때, 우리는 그분과 함께 일으켜졌습니다.

자주, 담대하게 선포하십시오, “그리스도께서 나의 생명이십니다!” 당신 안에 계신 그리스도께서는 세상에 신비이십니다, 그러나 그것은 그리스도인의 생명의 본질과 영광입니다. 신비는 시대들과 세대들로부터 감추어졌었습니다, 그러나 지금, 그것은 드러났습니다, “이것은 곧 여러 시대와 여러 세대로부터 감추어졌으나 이제는 그분의 성도들에게 드러난 신비에 관한 것이라. 하나님께서는 이방인들 가운데서 이 신비의 영광의 풍성함이 무엇인지 자신의 성도들에게 알리려 하시는데 이 신비는 너희 안에 계신 그리스도 곧 영광의 소망이시니라” (골로새서 1:26-27).
당신 안에 계신 그리스도의 본질은 그리스도께서 당신의 생명이시라는 것입니다. 당신은 이 세상의 기초 원리들과 제한들에 굴복하지 않습니다, 당신은 그리스도의 생명, 신성한 본성을 가집니다. 하나님을 송축합니다!
고백
나는 이 세상의 기초 원리들과 제한들에 굴복하지 않습니다 왜냐하면 나는 그리스도 안에 살고 그리스도께서 나의 생명이시기 때문입니다. 그분은 내 존재의 모든 섬유 조직에, 내 몸의 모든 뼈에, 그리고 내 혈액의 모든 세포에 계십니다. 나는 그분의 이름으로 환경들 위에서 군림하고 다스리며, 모든 악과 해로부터 보호 받습니다 왜냐하면 나는 하늘의 영역들에 그리스도와 함께 앉혀졌기 때문입니다. 할렐루야!

갈라디아서 2:20 내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혀 있으나 그럼에도 불구하고 사노라. 그러나 내가 아니요 그리스도께서 내 안에 사시느니라. 나는 지금 내가 육체 안에서 사는 삶을, 나를 사랑하사 나를 위해 자신을 주신 하나님의 아들의 믿음으로 사노라.
요한일서 4:4 어린 자녀들아, 너희는 하나님께 속하였고 또 그들을 이기었나니 이는 너희 안에 계신 분이 세상에 있는 자보다 더 크시기 때문이라.
요한일서 5:11-12 또 그 증언은 이것이니 곧 하나님께서 우리에게 영원한 생명을 주신 것과 이 생명이 그분의 아들 안에 있다는 것이니라. 아들이 있는 자에게는 생명이 있고 하나님의 아들이 없는 자에게는 생명이 없느니라.

THE ESSENCE OF CHRIST IN YOU
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God (Colossians 3:1-3).
Our opening scripture helps to paint a picture of the life we have now in Christ. It’s the resurrection life. Remember, when He died on the cross, we died with Him. We were buried with Him, and when God raised Him up, we were raised together with Him.
The human life you had when you were born of your parents is dead; you have a new life now—CHRIST! Christ is your life. Hallelujah! The Bible says, “When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory” (Colossians 3:4). This is mind-blowing. This means you’re not an ordinary person. How could you be sick when Christ is your life? How could anything be wrong with your liver, heart, or kidney when Christ lives in you? How could you fail, be defeated, or act foolishly when you’re powered from within by Christ and guided by His wisdom?
Every so often, boldly declare: “Christ is my life!” Christ in you is a mystery to the world, but it is the essence and glory of the Christian life. The mystery was hidden from ages and generations, but now, it’s been revealed: “Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:26-27).
The essence of Christ in you is Christ is your life. You’re not subject to the rudiments and limitations of this world; you have the Christ-life, the divine nature. Blessed be God!
CONFESSION
I’m not subject to the rudiments and limitations of this world because I live in Christ and Christ is my life. He’s in every fibre of my being, in every bone of my body, and in every cell of my blood. I reign and rule over circumstances in His Name, shielded from all evil and harm because I’m seated together with Christ in the heavenly realms. Hallelujah!
